Operational Principle:
Molten material (1400-1500°C) is precisely metered onto the centrifugal head via a refractory-lined tilting launder. The high-G force (≈2500g at 6400 rpm) combined with controlled aerodynamic flow (15-20 m/s) achieves optimal fiberization. Simultaneous spray application of:
Thermoset phenolic resin (10-12% by mass)
Dedusting oil (mineral-based, 0.5-1.0% application)
The fiber-air mixture is then pneumatically transported to the collection chamber through a patented vortex separation process, achieving >98% dust removal efficiency.
Redundancy Design:
The production-critical nature mandates a 1+1 redundant configuration featuring:
Hot-standby centrifugal unit with automatic changeover
Roller cooling system (20°C chilled water, 5bar)
Centralized lubrication system (per ISO 4406 cleanliness)
